We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use Seeo, and limited information from third-party services you choose to connect.

• Account and profile data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password, and account preferences.
• Traveler information: nationality, gender, date of birth, passport details, and emergency contact information you save for booking purposes.
• Booking and payment data: reservation details, payment method information, billing information, and transaction history.
• Communications: messages between you and hosts or our support team, reviews you submit, and customer service inquiries.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, searches, and interactions with the platform. This helps us operate and improve the service.
• Third-party account data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name, email address, and profile information you authorize those services to share.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Seeo, including:

• Creating and managing your account and bookings.
• Processing payments and facilitating payouts to hosts.
• Connecting you with hosts and enabling messages before and during your trip.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.

• Sending booking confirmations, trip reminders, and service updates.

We may also send you marketing communications if you opt in. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when necessary to operate the platform:

• With hosts: booking details, traveler names, and contact information needed to deliver your experience.
• With service providers: payment processors, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, customer support tools, and analytics services that help us run Seeo.

• With your consent: in other cases where you explicitly agree.

5. International transfers

Seeo is built to serve travelers visiting China. Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including by our cloud and payment service providers. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for any international transfers.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, update, or delete your profile and traveler information.
• Export a copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, such as marketing emails.

Seeo is not intended for children under the age of 18 to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
