1. About Seeo

Seeo is an online platform operated by China Unlocked that connects travelers with local hosts offering experiences, tours, and services in China. We provide the technology to discover, book, and communicate; hosts are independent providers who deliver the experiences.

2. Using Seeo

By using Seeo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully, and not to harass hosts, other travelers, or our team.
• Be at least 18 years old, or use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the account.

3. Bookings and payments

When you book an experience, you enter into a booking agreement with the host, facilitated by Seeo. Availability and pricing are set by hosts and displayed on each listing. You are charged when your booking is confirmed.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Seeo does not store complete payment card numbers on our servers. Cancellation, refund, and change terms are shown on each listing and in your booking confirmation.

4. Host relationships

Hosts are independent contractors, not employees or agents of China Unlocked. We do not own, operate, or control the experiences they offer. We do our best to verify listings and maintain quality standards, but we cannot guarantee every experience.

Hosts offering experiences through Seeo may be subject to additional host terms. If you are interested in becoming a host, please review the host onboarding information and any separate host agreement that applies.

5. Reviews and content

You may submit reviews, photos, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Seeo a license to display it on the platform and in marketing materials. Content must be honest, respectful, and not infringe on the rights of others. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not use Seeo to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results.
• Circumvent our payment or messaging systems.
• Upload harmful code, spam, or content that is discriminatory, abusive, or illegal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Liability

Seeo is a platform that facilitates connections between travelers and hosts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Unlocked is not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of hosts or other users, or for personal injury, property damage, or other losses that occur during an experience.

Our liability for issues directly caused by our platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking, except where prohibited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Seeo or close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for others, or for other legitimate business reasons.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where China Unlocked is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Seeo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
